Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by monitoring service levels and team performance.
• Provide real-time guidance to representatives and ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor calls, chats, and emails for quality and customer interactions.
• Handle high-priority or escalated issues as needed.
• On-the-job training and mentoring of team members.
