Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, or Customer Service/Customer Service Lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering or a related field required.
• Previous leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize and manage the Customer Service Representatives.
• Ensure achievement of SLA and timely order management for assigned accounts.
• Proactively engage with customers to secure future purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
