Customer Care Coordinator This position is responsible for customer accounts as it relates to daily scheduling and coordination of facility activities relating to customer products. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the customer's requirements are met through data capture, analysis, and reporting. Communicating with site senior management, customers, carriers, and in turn liaising with shop floor management with regards to production, inventory, and key performance indicators. This position is on-site in Freeport, TX. Schedule 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Mon-Fri). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. The starting salary range for this role is $48,500-$52,000 per year
