Job summary

American Bank is seeking a Customer Care Center Representative to greet customers, handle teller transactions, and assist through both phone and ITM interactions in the Waco area. You will review relationships to tailor product recommendations and support online banking activities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of banking experience required.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry systems preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and loan payments, over the phone and through an ITM.
• Listen to customers and review current relationships to offer products and services best suited to fit their needs.
• Review online banking applications, process bill pay applications, remote deposit capture batches and review and approve mobile deposit transactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer online banking issues.
• Receive, research and resolve customer inquiries about their accounts.
