What You\'ll Do

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: As the face of Benny\'s, you\'ll make sure every customer leaves with a smile by going above and beyond in creating an excellent experience.
• Process Sales & Transactions: Help customers with their purchases, manage the register, and ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Merchandise & Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, organized, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming for every customer.
• Manage Shift Duties: Balance your register at the end of each shift and assist in various tasks to keep things running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot Customer Concerns: Use your problem-solving skills to address any customer issues with professionalism and care.

What We\'re Looking For

Food Service Responsibilities

• Follow Recipes & Serve with a Smile: Prepare menu items, serve customers quickly and efficiently, and make sure every meal is up to Benny\'s high standards.
• Ensure Food Quality: Follow guidelines for portion control, serving temperatures, and answer any questions customers may have about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.

• Competitive Pay: $15/hour for full-time and part-time employees, with a $1.50 differential pay for overnight shifts. Plus, enjoy promotional incentives that reward your hard work!

Certificates & Licenses
