Benny's Carwash, L.L.C. is hiring for a part-time role in Baton Rouge/Baker area. No experience needed; we provide training. This fast-paced, outdoor position offers hands-on work and customer interaction.

You’ll operate car-wash tools, assist customers, and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented environment. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the sales kiosks.
• Promote our Unlimited Memberships and help customers sign up.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Vacuum interiors, clean windows, and perform basic detailing.
• Maintain site cleanliness - take out trash, clean vacuums, prep towels, and wash down equipment.
• Operate and maintain car wash tools and machinery (training provided).
• Contribute to a positive, team-first environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• Part-time: $12/hour (less than 30 hours/week)
• Full-time: $12/hour (30+ hours/week)
• 40 hours of paid time off, increasing with tenure
