Food Service Responsibilities

What You Get

Competitive Pay

• Customer Care Associates $15/hour (full‑time & part‑time)
• +$1.50 overnight shift differential

• Assistant Managers (range 50k - 65k per year)
• Store Managers (range 70k - 85k per year)

Generous Benefits Package: Full‑time employees receive paid time off (40 hours in their first year), increasing with tenure. Tuition and Professional Development reimbursement. Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplementary benefits.

Total compensation depends on number of hours worked.

Certificates & License

Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana State and East Baton Rouge Parish liquor license and bar card.
