Endless Energy in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Customer Care Associate (Business Development Representative) to be the first point of contact and guide customers through every step of their journey. You will respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up to close opportunities while promoting our Membership Program.

The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM usage, and teamwork across sales, service, and marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, or call center experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our Marlborough office.
• Previous experience in HVAC, home services, construction, retail sales, or business development is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responding quickly to inbound phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments for our sales, service, and home energy teams.
• Following up with homeowners to answer questions and guide them through the next steps.
• Making outbound calls to new leads, existing customers, and past proposals.
• Promoting our Membership Program and explaining its benefits.
• Reconnecting with previous customers regarding open estimates and home improvement opportunities.
• Confirming upcoming appointments and communicating schedule updates.
• Following up after appointments and installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collecting customer information accurately within our CRM system.
• Assisting customers with service requests and coordinating with internal departments.
• Supporting marketing campaigns through timely customer outreach.
• Collecting payments when appropriate.
• Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, service, and operations teams to create a seamless customer experience

This isn't a traditional call center position. You'll work alongside our sales, service, marketing, and operations teams to guide customers through every stage of their journey while creating opportunities that benefit both our customers and our business.

Compensation includes:

• Competitive hourly wage of $22.00-$24.00+ per hour
• Commission on completed appointments
• 1-2% commission on qualifying HVAC and insulation sales
• 4% commission on Membership Agreement sales
