Join Our Customer Service Team as a Customer Care Analyst

Become part of our dynamic team of customer service professionals! As a Customer Care Analyst, you'll interact directly with customers via phone, providing timely and accurate solutions to their service needs. Your role will help enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Apply now! Our upcoming start dates are June 12th, June 13th, and June 27th, with training beginning on June 16th and June 30th. Training will be virtual for 2 weeks from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Post-training hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST (closing shift).

  • Hourly wage of $19.50, plus an annual bonus opportunity

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, primarily via phone (inbound and outbound calls) and written correspondence
  • Meet or exceed department standards for attendance, productivity, and quality
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, diverse environment, multitasking and accurately entering data to resolve requests
  • Turn customer issues into positive experiences through effective service recovery
  • Build strong relationships with team members, partners, customers, and stakeholders, embodying our culture and values
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Proven customer service skills with attention to detail and sound decision-making in a call center environment
  • Reliable attendance, adhering to scheduled hours and breaks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps, 150 Mbps recommended) for remote work
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion, curiosity, and respectful listening
  • Located in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, with access to a high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of business policies and procedures
  • Active participation in team meetings, including on-camera
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
