As a Customer Care Analyst, you'll interact directly with customers via phone, providing timely and accurate solutions to their service needs. Your role will help enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Apply now! Our upcoming start dates are June 12th, June 13th, and June 27th, with training beginning on June 16th and June 30th. Training will be virtual for 2 weeks from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Post-training hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST (closing shift).
