We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic business leader to join our dynamic team leading our Ingredient & Foodservice Dry Pasta business. This role has responsibility for managing the P&L and budget to ensure we meet our annual plan and long-term strategic objectives in these categories. This Business Unit Manager will develop short- and long-term strategies, new product platforms, packaging, and new item commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position will be responsible for commercialization process management, responding to sales proposals, developing bid submissions, and owning pricing decisions.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri
• Work Location: Remote (preferred geographic territory in western US)

• Salary: $93,000 to $158,000 annually with additional bonus potential.

The role also involves analyzing customer data, managing trade spend strategies, and working cross-functionally to meet business goals.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of business experience in sales or related field
• Broker or Key Account Management experience with large or multiple accounts
• Category Leadership experience
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
