Mable is looking for a Customer Benefits & Loyalty Manager. This permanent role reports to the Senior Manager, Loyalty & Retention within the Engagement & Retention team.

The role sits in the Growth Team and focuses on creating programs that deliver meaningful value to customers and turn engaged customers into advocates for the brand. You will own the strategy, delivery and optimisation of customer benefits and advocacy programs, translating training requirements from Legal, Risk and Compliance

• Own the strategy, delivery and optimisation of customer benefits and advocacy programs.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, Marketing, Operations and external partners to strengthen loyalty, engagement, trust and commercial outcomes.
