Range Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions while delivering exceptional customer service. Training is provided to help you succeed and advance within the company.

This role may require working at other offices in the Copper Country region; schedule includes 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday and Saturdays on a rotation basis. Range Bank emphasizes confidentiality and security in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• One year of customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate issues.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Performs routine office and customer service duties; greets customers, accepts deposits, disburses funds, and other transactions as requested, ensuring accuracy and risk management.
• Performs all transactions in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures and adheres to security and confidentiality of records.
• Maintains and updates deposit accounts and opens new accounts as requested.
• Maintains knowledge of products to cross-sell and refer customers to other departments as needed.
• Engages in projects to improve company performance.
• Has authority to resolve complex customer issues.
• Follows Range Bank policies and maintains confidentiality and cyber security awareness.
