Qualifications

• One year of teller experience or relevant work experience including clerical, administrative, cash handling, or customer service experience.
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service through courteous and accurate handling of transactions.
• Performs specialized tasks such as cashier's checks, cash advances, and ATM balancing.
• Identifies customers, validates and cashes checks, accepts deposits and withdrawals, and processes loan payments.
• Accurately balances assigned cash drawer and may serve as Vault Teller or Vault Teller Backup.
• Promotes and advises on bank products and services and refers customers to appropriate specialists.
• Opens and closes office following established security procedures.
• Represents the bank in community affairs and civic organizations.
