Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of required compliance and bank training is expected for proficiency in account opening.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Proficiently service customers by processing transactions with accuracy within policy guidelines.
• Open accounts including checking and savings, and perform changes to existing accounts as requested.
• Adhere to all bank compliance, security and operational policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
