Job summary

Deerwood Bank in Baxter, MN is seeking a part-time Teller I to support daily retail banking operations at the branch. You will handle Teller duties, assist customers, balance cash, process deposits and payments, and promote bank products with accuracy and care.

Hours are 30–35 per week with varied shifts Mon-Fri 7:15am-6:15pm and some Sat mornings; Saturday shifts pay double time. Starting pay ranges from $17.75 to $19.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, cash handling and customer service.
• Balance cash drawer and verify balances.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Open/close the branch following security procedures.
• Handle payments, checks, wire transfers, and other transactions as needed.
