Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales desired.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the branch and guide them to digital and self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and provide financial advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with BMO partners to refer customers for additional services.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions and compliance with risk policies.
• Support branch operations and participate in a collaborative market team.
