Responsibilities

The Customer Assurance Analyst will serve as the primary contact for security and compliance inquiries related to go-to-market activities. They will collaborate closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure customers receive clear, accurate assurance that our security controls and policies meet industry standards. They will support customers with specific third-party compliance requirements by helping them validate our security posture. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining security assurance documentation and streamlining related processes to build customer confidence and support the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Serve as a point of contact for security and compliance requests and responses by applying knowledge of our company's platforms and their alignment with privacy and security compliance requirements
  • Support respond and manage responses to customer inquiries including contributing to Request for Proposals (RFP) automating responses to customer security inquiries and diligence assessments
  • Support customers’ vendor risk assessments and audits by including but not limited to serving as the primary point of contact for responding to and leading meetings of ongoing customer security diligence questionnaires and audits
  • Manage customer documents related to Security based Request for Proposals; analyze and interpret customer security and compliance requirements and align them with internal company policies and standards to provide customers with assurance of our company's security and compliance posture
  • Identify any gaps in meeting customer compliance or security requirements expectations; communicate and address potential risks or gaps with relevant teams
  • Maintain knowledge base of security and compliance content and work with internal stakeholders to ensure our customer assurance materials remain up to date
  • Partner with the sales and support organizations to provide security assurance in the sales and contract renewal process
  • Partner with internal teams to conduct vendor risk assessments
  • Partner with product and technology teams to keep up to date with Skillable’s platform
  • Engage with internal departments to analyze customer security requirements to influence product roadmaps
  • Stay current with emerging security threats technologies and trends and contribute to driving process and program improvements to streamline customer security reviews in the sales cycle.
  • May provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of the team.
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Skillable’s Information Systems Security Policy.
  • Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external partners and customers on a regular basis.
  • Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required.

Salary Range

The base salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually.Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will bedeterminedbased on thecandidate'slevel, relevant skills,qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the positionand annualfinancialplans.

Skillable is a distributed first team with employees working acrossthe U.S., and we do not considergeographywhendeterminingcompensation ranges.

Please note that it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Skillable reserves therighttomodifythis compensation range at any time.

Pay range and current benefit offerings are effective for 90 days from posting date. Standard employment offerings are subject to potential change upon periodic review and analysis, at the discretion of Skillable.

Working Conditions:

The job conditions for this position are in a remote home office setting, requiring a space that supports privacy and focus to attend to regular and frequent video and voice calls. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Periodic travel may be required equaling up to approximately 10% of the time.
