Our client is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with expertise in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join their team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in testing and implementing end-to-end test strategies aligned with the product roadmap and strategic vision of the Supply Chain Value Stream. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations, QA practices, and tools to ensure continuous testing and delivery.

Location: Remote CST

Duration: 90 day contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end functional testing of Blue Yonder WMS, covering processes such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Management, and Cycle Counting.
• Test ASRS functionalities, including automated storage, retrieval, and replenishment processes.
• Prepare and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, Regression Test Suites, and Defect Documentation.
• Validate business requirements in alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Leads to improve test coverage and refine requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support during WMS go-lives, deployments, and upgrades.
• Engage in test data preparation and optimize testing across Blue Yonder WMS and legacy systems.
• Recommend and implement best practices to enhance testability, quality, and reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-schedule releases.
• Generate QA Dashboards and provide detailed test reports with actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT QA experience, with at least 3 years focused on Blue Yonder WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes (Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Management).
• Proven experience testing ASRS functionalities and validating slotting algorithms and bin allocation.
• Experience with integration and backend testing, including SQL, MongoDB, and Web service/API testing.
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress (preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
