Job summary

KLA Corporation is seeking a Customer Application Engineer in Austin, TX to support US semiconductor customers. You will work with customers, internal teams, and MACH to drive process optimization and product adoption.

Responsibilities include advising on lithography and metrology improvements, developing MACH Analytics applications, conducting demonstrations and training, and creating documentation while collaborating with field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on lithography.
• Hands-on exposure to exposure tools.
• University degree in Engineering, Physics, or related science.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support customers on process optimization and structural improvements in lithography and metrology.
• Use MACH Analytics software to address customer challenges and improve manufacturing performance.
• Develop and implement product applications for MACH Analytics software.
• Design and execute test plans, collect data, and perform analyses; publish results and recommendations.
• Transfer product knowledge to Field Application teams and support training and demos.
