Qualifications

• Not a Software Application Position. Up to 40% travel (Domestic/International).
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and metrology.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SensArray products at customer sites and remote engagements.
• Develop application methodologies for etch, deposition, lithography, wafer handling, and factory automation.
• Analyze process and equipment data and present recommendations to customers.
• Maintain high uptime of metrology tools through debugging and support.
• Develop customer presentations, white papers, and product notes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SW, FW, Ops, and Manufacturing to ensure a customer-first experience.
• Contribute to product roadmap and application development through customer feedback.
