Job summary

Greif seeks a Customer and Supplier Quality Manager to lead QA initiatives across our supplier and customer networks. You will manage non-conformities, audits, and quality records to ensure packaging excellence and regulatory compliance.

Based in the Grand Quevilly division, you will collaborate with internal teams to drive root-cause analysis, maintain documentation, and prepare for external audits while upholding Greif’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary qualification with at least five years of experience in a quality department within the industrial sector.
• Experience in a quality department within the industrial sector; knowledge of packaging regulations and ISO 9001 is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-conformities and the related internal and external communications with customers and suppliers.
• Conduct internal and external audits, including audits of customers, suppliers, and service providers.
• Maintain quality records, including internal audits, the claims database, and external inspections.
• Prepare for and participate in audits of the Grand Quevilly Metal Drum Division, including customer, certification, and approval audits.
• Manage quality system documentation related to customers and suppliers.
• Update the quality risk analysis.
• Have the authority to ensure packaging compliance.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection requirements.
• Act as the liaison between customer requests and the Group Regulatory Affairs Department in order to provide the required responses.
• Participate in sales meetings.

Education And Experience

• Knowledge of root-cause analysis and problem-solving tools and methods.
• Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to packaging, including the transport of dangerous goods, silicone prevention, and internal cleanliness.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001.
• Internal auditing skills.
• Internal training skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, persuade others, and transfer knowledge.
• Good teaching and coaching skills, diplomacy, and strong listening abilities.

Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is 36 700,00 € - 62 500,00 € annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between45 000,00 to50 000,00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
