Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a Manager of Customer Analytics to own the path from raw customer data to actionable business decisions. You will lead the Data Insights Analyst and set the analytic agenda, turning signals from loyalty and CRM into decisions that drive growth.

You will partner with IT and other functions to build a unified customer view, monitor NPS and CSAT, and present clear business impact to executives. This role sits in the Customer Experience team in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, consumer insights, or customer measurement.
• Experience with loyalty, membership, or subscription data.
• Fluent in SQL; Looker or Salesforce a plus.
• Experience presenting to executives with clear business impact.
• Experience standing up a measurement function.

Responsibilities

• Turn loyalty program data into a signal on high-value customers and surface it for action.
• Blend operational data with consumer research into a single customer view.
• Monitor and influence reads for NPS, CSAT, and sentiment by touchpoint.
• Connect customer signals to commerce outcomes across web, app, and store.
• Build analytics backbone and govern KPI framework for loyalty and CRM.
• Own the customer data stack and coordinate with IT and vendors.
