Job summary

Stuller is seeking a dedicated Customer Ambassador to support the full event experience. You will promote events, handle registrations, coordinate travel, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will engage attendees, prepare communications, and assist with on-site activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for jewelry professionals at global events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presence.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the event lifecycle, including promotion, registration, attendance, and follow-up.
  • Proactively engage customers to support registration goals for events, trainings, and educational opportunities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and special event requests to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Facilitate facility tours and support on-site customer activities during Stuller events.
  • Collaborate with event contributors and business partners to execute successful customer experiences.
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and event-related communications.
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels; respond promptly.
  • Conduct account research to ensure relevant, valuable communications.
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and linking them to solutions.
  • Support post-event outreach to strengthen engagement and participation.
  • Utilize multiple channels to provide exceptional customer support; assist during high-volume periods.

Description

Join our in-house, full-service Marketing team and play a key role in promoting our extensive range of products and services, all designed to help customers grow their businesses worldwide. Through innovative campaigns, customer events, and strategic initiatives, we bring our brand to life, create meaningful customer experiences, and build lasting relationships with customers on a global scale.

The Customer Ambassador is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers attending Stuller events. This role supports the full customer event experience, including outreach, registration, travel coordination, event communications, and post-event follow-up while representing the Stuller brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the event lifecycle, including event promotion, registration, attendance, and post-event follow-up
  • Proactively engage customers to support registration goals for events, trainings, and educational opportunities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and special event requests to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Facilitate facility tours and support on-site customer activities during Stuller events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with event contributors and business partners to execute successful customer experiences
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and event-related communications
  • Manage customer inquiries received through the event phone line, email, and other communication channels
  • Conduct account research to ensure customer communications are relevant, targeted, and valuable
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and connecting them with appropriate solutions and resources
  • Support post-event outreach efforts designed to strengthen customer engagement and encourage continued participation
  • Utilize multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions, to provide exceptional customer support
  • Assist Customer Care operations during high-volume business periods as needed
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, events, sales support, or customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster positive customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Professional presence with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, trainings, or customer engagement programs
  • Familiarity with event management platforms such as Cvent or similar registration systems
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively engage customers and support participation goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when navigating customer requests and unique situations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach to work
  • Experience building relationships across multiple communication channels and customer touchpoints
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and strengthening long-term customer partnerships
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities to provide additional value and support
