Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives.
• Creates clear and attainable project objectives, builds project requirements, and manages constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality.
• Develops the overall project plan and manages project operations. Manages the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts.
• Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.
• Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively.
• Coordinate resolution of production-related problems. Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (preferred) OR TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph
• Master's degree and minimum 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute for the Master's degree.
• Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
• DoD and IC experience desired.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
• TS/SCI eligibility required for the position. Candidates with an active TS/SCI are preferred; candidates with a recent active TS may also be considered for SCI upgrade based on eligibility and program requirements. A CI polygraph is required for the position. Candidates without a current CI poly may be considered but must be willing and able to complete the required polygraph within the timeframe established by the applicable contract or customer.

Salary Range

$96,850-$201,150 The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.

For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
