Modivcare is looking for a Dispatcher (Customer Advocate) to schedule, route, and dispatch trips to third-party providers. You will handle the coordination of pre-scheduled trips to medical facilities and report to our Operations leadership team.

Responsibilities
  1. Schedule, route, and dispatch trips to providers.
  2. Coordinate mass transportation when needed.
  3. Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement programs.
  4. Complete documentation and processing tasks related to mileage mapping and applications.
  5. Work with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to resolve issues.
  6. Assign reservations to network providers to meet client demand efficiently.
  7. Manage relationships with transportation providers.
  8. Ensure accurate trip data input.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center with high call volume and data entry.
  • Routing, scheduling, or dispatch experience.
  • Knowledge of transit systems and Medicaid guidelines.
