Job Type: Full Time

The Client Advocate plays a crucial role on our Personal Lines team, working closely with clients and Account Managers to provide superior customer service.

What you'll do:
  • Obtain comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes
  • Provide clients with industry-leading customer service
  • Collaborate with the team and be adaptable to various tasks – maintain a “can-do” attitude
  • Assist with Certificates of Insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client needs
  • Learn and master our CRM system – Applied Epic
  • Communicate with carriers via phone and email to resolve issues
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree with interest in all things Insurance
  • Ability to adapt in a Small Business environment
  • Self-motivation and accountability
  • Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Grit and organizational skills for detailed tasks
  • Team player, capable of working effectively at all organizational levels
