Responsibilities & Qualifications

This route-based, service-oriented position requires establishing, maintaining, and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies. The goal is to grow existing customer business via sales and retention programs, provide prompt solutions to customer needs, maximize route revenue through efficient time management and product upgrades, and optimize contract terms by updating paperwork as needed. You will serve as ImageFIRST’s "face" to our customers and potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Support: Promote company values and the ImageFIRST way to positively impact associates, customers, and the community.
  • Customer Relationships: Handle all sales administration, resolve customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, develop positive relationships with key contacts, maintain enthusiasm and professionalism, and maximize contract terms.
  • Route Management: Manage routes for efficiency, operate equipment safely, and comply with safety regulations.
  • Sales: Increase revenue through additional sales, complete sales programs successfully, develop strategies for new business, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Management: Oversee load outs, inventories, quality control, and product handling.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand pricing, codes, colors, sizing, and product applications.
  • Truck Organization: Prepare trucks the night before, check rails, count linens, and maintain route documentation.
  • Unloading: Check-in, empty soil carts, weigh carts.
  • Appearance & Maintenance: Organize rails, racks, bags, and maintain trucks and route equipment.
  • Paperwork: Prepare work orders, ensure invoice accuracy, handle credits, and manage collections.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of sales or route sales experience
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly
  • Ability to drive a commercial vehicle up to 10 hours daily
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Good sense of direction and knowledge of the area
