Job summary

Obsidian Security, a leading SaaS security platform, is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to scale programs that deepen customer engagement and turn users into advocates. You’ll own customer storytelling from case studies to milestones and drive the company’s advocacy program.

You will collaborate with CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to identify compelling customer stories, manage multiple initiatives, and measure impact on retention and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer success.
• Exceptional storytelling, interviewing, and content development skills.
• Strong ability to engage audiences on LinkedIn.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer advocacy and engagement programs (reference networks, lifecycle touches, customer marketing initiatives).
• Create customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and milestone announcements with PMM support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to identify strong customer stories and expand use cases.
• Build and maintain a roster of customer champions for references, events, quotes, and co-marketing.
• Track engagement and report on retention, advocacy, and pipeline influence.
