Job summary

Obsidian Security is seeking a strategic and creative Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale programs that deepen customer engagement, celebrate customer success, and turn our users into passionate advocates. In this role, you’ll own customer storytelling - from case studies to milestone highlights - and scale Obsidian’s Customer Advocacy program.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer success.
• Strong storytelling, interviewing, and content development skills.
• Experience engaging audiences on LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer advocacy and engagement programs.
• Create customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and milestones.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to find stories.
• Build a roster of customer champions for references and co-marketing.
• Track engagement and measure impact on retention and pipeline.
