Job summary

Cribl is offering a 12-week remote internship focused on customer advocacy, content operations, and AI-enabled workflows. You will organize customer stories, build AI-ready content, and support cross-functional teams to scale storytelling.

This 35-hour-per-week internship pays $25–$30 per hour and includes hands-on guidance, regular feedback, and exposure to the broader Cribl team. Strong written communication and curiosity about AI are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree (graduated in 2026).
• Excellent written communication and storytelling interest.
• Curiosity about how customer voice influences brand and GTM success.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, systems, and structured processes.
• Collaborative, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive interest in leveraging AI to design and optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Organize and tag customer stories, quotes, and case study content for easy discovery by teams.
• Repurpose customer content into structured snippets, prompts, templates for AI workflows.
• Clean up and enrich Salesforce reference data with status, product, industry, use case metadata.
• Analyze friction points in processes to propose AI workflows for advocate identification and case study production.
• Support customer speaker workflows for CriblCon, including tracking, coordination, materials support.
• Document and improve workflows so GTM teams can request, discover, and activate customer proof.
• Partner across advocacy, marketing, and adjacent teams to scale customer-led storytelling.
