Join our leading sales organization! Our strategic civilian sales team focuses on retaining existing revenue, expanding within current accounts, and acquiring new business.

About the job:

The Customer Administrative Specialist supports Civilian Markets at the state and local levels.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Making outbound sales contacts, including cold calling, to develop a customer portfolio.
  2. Processing orders, closing sales, maintaining records, and completing documentation.
  3. Qualifying prospective customers and recording activities in Salesforce.
  4. Representing assigned product lines, possibly overlapping with other territories.
  5. Working within defined sales processes and territories.
  6. Informing customers about new products, services, and pricing.
  7. Communicating with the Sales Director and Team Lead.
  8. Demonstrating proficiency with Accurint platform and discussing pricing.

Qualifications:

  1. Basic knowledge in selling and account management, with a willingness to learn more about our products.
  2. Understanding of key business drivers and applying this knowledge.
  3. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  4. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  5. Proficient in Salesforce and other systems.
  6. Strong communication skills to present technical information clearly.
  7. Persuasive abilities in standard situations.
  8. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
