Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organization? Our strategic civilian sales team focuses on retaining existing revenue, generating new business within existing accounts, and new business acquisition.

About the job:

The Customer Administrative Specialist supports Civilian Markets at the state and local levels.

Responsibilities include:
  • Making outbound sales contacts, including cold calling, and pursuing leads to develop a customer portfolio.
  • Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing documentation.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers and recording sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Representing assigned product lines, potentially overlapping with other sales teams' territories.
  • Working with territory/account, product/services, or sales processes with limited complexity.
  • Informing customers about new products, services, and pricing.
  • Maintaining communication with the Sales Director and Team Lead.
  • Demonstrating proficiency with Accurint platform and discussing pricing plans.
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge in selling and account management, with a willingness to deepen product and solution knowledge.
  • Understanding of key business drivers and their application.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Effective communication skills, including presenting technical information clearly.
  • Persuasive abilities in standard situations.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
