Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organization? Our civilian markets sales team focuses on retaining existing revenue, generating new business within existing accounts and new business acquisition.

About the job:

The Customer Administrative Specialist serves in a supporting role for Civilian Markets at the state and local levels.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Making outbound sales contact (including cold calling) and pursuing sales leads to develop a portfolio of buying customers
  • Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers as well as recording sales prospecting activity in salesforce
  • Represent an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories, if applicable
  • Working with territory/account, product/services, or sales processes with limited complexity
  • Informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices
  • Maintaining communication with the Sales Director and Team Lead
  • Maintaining a proficient understanding of Accurint and the ability to demonstrate platform and discuss pricing plans

Qualifications:

  • Basic functional knowledge and skills in selling and account management as well as the ability to deepen your knowledge of products and solutions.
  • Ability to develop an understanding of key business drivers and apply this knowledge the work.
  • Ability to multitask and respond effectively to changing priorities and/or situations.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to present information in an appropriate style and make technical information clear . Ability to persuade of others/clients in standard situations.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • If located near a LNRS office location, will meet team in-office on anchor days.
