Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc. in McDonough, GA seeks an Office/Administrative Coordinator to support warehouse operations and management.

The role collaborates with the CAS Lead and local management to improve sales, customer satisfaction, cost controls, productivity, and safety. Responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound activity, documentation, inventory records, training, IT system optimization, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• PC, leadership and planning skills helpful.
• Experience in AS400, SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting customer service requirements and building good relationships.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse operations including processing inbound/outbound activity, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory control functions: product rotation, recalls, claims, reporting, and record keeping.
• Assist in training new office employees.
• Collaborate with IT to maximize use of office systems and suggest improvements.
• Ensure office sanitation, safety, and security per USCS and OSHA standards.
• Support admin requirements: reporting, sales proposals, AP/AR, and general office tasks.
• Develop strong working relationships within the USCS team and communicate to maximize performance.
