Job summary

Aaron’s Texarkana location is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease payments and renewals, building relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

The position offers an hourly wage of $12.25–$13.00, with incentive pay based on performance and requires strong communication, multitasking and a high-energy, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating store system and documenting all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home or by phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
