Hiring Range Minimum to Maximum: $12.25 - $13.00
This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them closer to ownership.
Customer Account Advisors should connect well with people, demonstrate empathy, listen attentively, explain clearly, and handle difficult conversations effectively. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential. All Aaron’s team members share a passion for making a positive difference and creating lasting personal connections.
