Voyant Beauty is seeking a Production Scheduler to oversee and optimize the production scheduling process, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products. You will own the schedule and coordinate with multiple departments to align with customer demand and inventory policies.

The role requires 1–3 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing setting, strong data analysis skills, and a focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• Experience in production scheduling in a high-SKU manufacturing environment preferred.
• Certification in supply management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to optimize resource allocation.
• Track production progress against the schedule and implement corrective actions to meet commitments.
• Inform stakeholders of schedule or priority changes to ensure alignment across teams.
• Coordinate with materials and quality teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Identify and resolve production issues affecting delivery timelines.
• Generate regular reports on production status, KPIs, and risks.
• Support inventory management by scheduling production based on stock levels.
• Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions and support audits.
