Person will sit remote, but it would be ideal if they are local so they can come onsite if needed.
Work shifts will be between 6:55am to 6:05pm Central.
40 hours per week, OT is allowed but not mandatory.
We have noticed from past hiring reviews that recent graduates or candidates without significant collections experience tend to perform best in this role. Candidates with extensive collections backgrounds often need to unlearn previous methods and may resist change. We seek recent college or high school graduates with good interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support our delinquent customers across all products by identifying issues, educating, motivating, and taking action to resolve delinquent accounts while retaining customers.

We need an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, who thrives on solving problems and working in a global team environment. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is preferred.
