We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Customer Account Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will manage account activities, provide client support, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding service.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate services and resolve concerns
Prepare reports on account activity and client feedback
Support billing, renewals, and account updates as needed
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in customer service or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
