A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores and customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Opportunity to engage in safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, following all handling and transportation procedures, and maintaining vehicles.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store environment by organizing and refurbishing merchandise, keeping the showroom clean and dusted.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (since you will be driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands: The role requires active movement, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing. You must frequently lift/move heavy items and merchandise, adhering to safety guidelines.

Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one other weekday off. Hours may vary based on business needs.
