A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, at customers' homes, and over the phone. Obtain new rental orders as needed.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures, while keeping vehicles clean and maintained.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness, refurbish merchandise to like-new condition, and keep the showroom tidy.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills
