Customer Account Manager (Remote) - Military Channel

This role focuses on managing, retaining, and growing our military business relationships by utilizing Nestlé Professional Solutions' portfolio of brands. We seek an experienced sales executive to establish, manage, and expand high-value, mutually beneficial partnerships across multiple military branches and segments.

Responsibilities include managing key relationships, prospecting and onboarding new clients, overseeing contracts, developing programs, and collaborating with sales and support teams for seamless execution.

Core Responsibilities & Qualifications

Strategic Partnership Leadership
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with decision-makers in assigned accounts.
  • Build proposals based on customer needs and insights, using storytelling techniques.
  • Create and implement joint business plans and reporting.
  • Analyze insights and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop expertise in customer channels to become a trusted subject matter expert.
Deal Making
  • Manage complex partnership contracts and programs.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of partnerships.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence and maturity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Management
  • Work across marketing, digital, finance, and sales teams to analyze and improve business performance.
  • Lead new program implementations and national rollouts.
  • Represent the company in stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience selling to military customers; food & beverage experience preferred.
  • Military experience is a plus.
  • At least 3 years in program management and contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of marketing, operations, finance, and strategy.
  • Ability to adapt strategies and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with RFP processes and proposal submissions.
  • Effective communication skills, simplifying complex information.

The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000 to $180,000. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
