This role focuses on managing, retaining, and expanding our military business partnerships by leveraging Nestlé Professional Solutions' portfolio. We seek an experienced sales executive to establish, manage, and grow high-value, mutually beneficial relationships across various military branches and segments.


Key responsibilities include managing relationships with military partners, prospecting and onboarding new clients, overseeing contracts, and collaborating with sales and support teams to ensure successful execution.


Core Responsibilities & Qualifications
  1. Strategic Partnership Leadership
    • Develop executive-level relationships with decision-makers
    • Create compelling proposals based on customer insights
    • Plan and report on joint business strategies
    • Analyze insights to inform business decisions
    • Become a subject matter expert in customer channels
  2. Deal Making
    • Manage complex partnership contracts and programs
    • Conduct cost-benefit analyses of partnerships
    • Demonstrate strong executive presence
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Management
    • Coordinate with marketing, finance, digital, and sales teams
    • Implement new programs and national rollouts
    • Represent the company in stakeholder engagements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years experience selling to military customers, preferably in food & beverage
  • Military experience is preferred
  • 3+ years managing national programs and complex contracts
  • Financial acumen and knowledge of marketing, operations, and strategy
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Experience with RFP processes and proposal submissions
  • Strong communication skills for simplifying complex information
