Job summary

The Customer Account Representative – Fluids at Idaho Milk Products in Jerome, ID, will manage customer orders, coordinate production planning, and interface with logistics to ensure timely delivery of dairy fluids. You will respond to orders, inquiries, and documentation requests with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will maintain schedules, communicate with QA and Finance for settlements, and build strong internal/external relationships while using systems like DSI and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience working with external customers.
• 1 or more years’ experience in Production Planning, Logistics or Customer Service areas.
• Knowledgeable and skilled on the principles and processes for providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Processes purchase orders, order confirmations and verifies the status of orders and projections by customer.
• Maintains sales projections worksheets, including the cream/fluid schedules.
• Fulfills customer product documentation requests: certificates of conformance, product information, confirming all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Manages customer requests by serving as the primary interface between internal functions and external sales/customers.
• Directly addresses customer complaints and works with QA to respond to quality issues.
