THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Dallas Custom Showroom is seeking a Custom Stylist who has a strong affinity to premium products and a love of working with people to guide clients through the custom experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who makes connections, builds relationships, and pursues opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become a men’s and womenswear specialist based on our training & development of client measurements, fabric knowledge, customizations, alterations, and sales psychology.
• Proactively build a book of clients through different prospecting efforts (outreach, events, etc.) and build upon recurring client relationships.
• Set appointments and meet with clients in our showrooms to conduct personalized wardrobe planning for both casual and professional looks.
• Guide clients through the custom experience, helping them choose fabrics, buttons, embroideries, and every detail that goes into hand crafting a one‑of‑a‑kind custom garment.
• Maintain personal relationships with clients from their first interaction through purchase, delivery and ongoing orders.

COMPENSATION

We believe in rewarding performance, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional client experience. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure with strong earning potential for high‑performing sales professionals.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $60,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commission and incentive compensation based on individual performance and business results.
