Job summary

Gillette Children's is hiring for a full-time Seating Technician in the Orthotics, Prosthetic & Seating department. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with range from $22.50 to $31.75 per hour and a median around $26.47.

• Ability to critically think, problem solve and interrupt fabrication forms.

Responsibilities

• Ensures lab and work area are clean, inventory stocked and orderly to promote safe, efficient work area.
• Utilizes proper materials, equipment and methods to complete projects on time and to standards.
• Fabrication of seating to be functional, safe and cosmetically pleasing, following fabrication forms.
• Communicates professionally with seating practitioners to clarify information.
• Supports scheduling and daily workflow and assists when needed.
