Job summary

Numotion in Minnesota is seeking a Seating Technician to assist in the assembly, delivery, and fitting of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment. You will work with ATPs to ensure client goals are met and uphold high standards of service.

A High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required. Pay range is $21.83 to $28.38 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability, and life insurance, plus opportunities for growth in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, or a minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist ATPs: Support the ATP team with equipment assembly and delivery as needed.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment, meeting client goals with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with the ATP for solutions.
• Maintain workspace: keep shop and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and in safe working order.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing business accounts.
• Complete all required documentation accurately per Numotion policies.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Attend required company training and development sessions.
• Collaborate with ATPs and customers to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
