Job summary

Castelli Cycling is seeking a highly organized Custom Project Manager to join its Custom Sales Department in the United States. This role partners with Territory Sales Representatives to ensure Custom projects run smoothly from order intake to fulfillment and delivery.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with design, production, logistics, and marketing teams, manage complex workflows, and maintain accurate timelines and documentation while delivering a premium custom experience for cycling

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with complex, multi-step workflows.
• Ability to work with Sales, Marketing, Production, Graphics, Logistics, and Factories.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication with strong customer-service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Custom order processes with Territory Sales.
• Coordinate with Graphic Design to prioritize workflow and deadlines.
• Build and maintain customer-facing online ordering sites.
• Submit and monitor status of Custom purchase orders.
• Prepare shipping instructions and ensure timely delivery.
• Address inquiries and provide status updates across orders.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve invoices.
• Alert Product Development to quality/manufacturing issues.
• Support Custom product needs for events and sponsored athletes.
