Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to manage inquiries about custom print and drop ship orders. You will liaise with vendors by phone and email to ensure timely production and delivery, while understanding customer needs to provide effective solutions and exceptional service.

As a product expert, you will review and edit customer artwork to ensure it is production ready, leveraging Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to meet production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.
• Be a product expert to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Review and edit customer artwork for custom orders to ensure it is production ready.
