Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, estimating, or related role in lumber/millwork.
• Experience with custom moulding profiles or millwork estimating is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of lumber products, milling processes, and custom profiles.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients—contractors, architects, and builders—and translate requirements into tailored moulding solutions.
• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates based on specs, materials, and production capabilities.
• Source non-stock materials, develop vendor relationships, and obtain best prices.
• Apply value engineering to optimize designs for cost, functionality and aesthetics.
• Use CRM and estimating software to streamline orders and ensure data accuracy.
